Where is my data stored?
Your knowledge base is hosted in Australia on Indovix-managed infrastructure. Your data does not leave Australian shores.
Which AI tools does Indovix Personal work with?
Indovix Personal connects to any AI tool that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including Claude.ai. Your context is available wherever you work.
What happens during the commissioning session?
The $500 once-off commissioning session is a live onboarding with the Indovix team. We help you define your knowledge categories, connect your data sources, and configure your MCP endpoint so it works from day one.
Can I add connectors beyond the included ones?
Yes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectors are included. Additional connectors — such as Zoho Invoices, ServiceM8, or custom integrations — are available as once-off builds from $225 inc GST.
Is there a lock-in period?
No lock-in. Indovix Personal is month-to-month at $49.50/month inc GST.
