What is business memory?
The knowledge your business has already produced — quotes, jobs, procedures, decisions, correspondence — held somewhere it can actually be retrieved. Not a shared drive you have to remember the shape of, and not a wiki someone has to maintain. You ask in plain English and get an answer drawn from your own records.
What does data sovereignty actually mean here?
Your knowledge base is stored on hardware at your site, or in an isolated Australian-hosted namespace — not pooled with other customers on offshore infrastructure, and not used to train anyone’s model. You choose your own AI provider and hold that account directly.
What hardware does Indovix run on?
Two options. Indovix Hosted: your Indovix runs on a dedicated, isolated virtual server on Indovix-managed Australian infrastructure — nothing is installed at your site. Indovix Onsite: a compact, industry-grade server, backed by manufacturer warranty, is installed at your premises as part of setup. Hardware is quoted per deployment.
Who owns the hardware?
Indovix Hosted has no hardware at your site. For Onsite, the server is supplied and installed as part of setup; the commercial and ownership terms are set out in your service agreement. Either way, we manage and maintain the Indovix software for the life of your service.
What does it cost to get started?
Both Hosted and Onsite have a one-off onboarding and commissioning cost, quoted per deployment. Onsite also includes the server itself. Your environment — virtual or physical — is sized to your workload rather than sold as a fixed box.
Where is my business data stored?
Your knowledge base is stored on your own infrastructure and stays there. When you ask a question, the relevant extract is sent to the AI provider you’ve chosen and hold the account with — under your agreement with them, not ours. Indovix Onsite: your knowledge base lives on your own server at your premises. Indovix Hosted: in a dedicated, isolated Australian-hosted namespace — not a hyperscaler, not overseas. Our monitoring keeps an eye on system health continuously over a secure private link, and our team accesses your system for support and maintenance as needed.
What is included in the monthly managed service fee?
The monthly fee covers the Indovix AI platform, your business knowledge base, the connectors agreed at onboarding, continuous Sentinel monitoring, remote support, and ongoing stack updates. New connectors or feature requests beyond what’s agreed at onboarding are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Your service starts on an initial fixed term, and continues month to month after that unless it is renewed for a further term. The term length, notice periods and any applicable fees are set out in your service agreement and pricing schedule.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You always receive a full export of your business knowledge base. Indovix Onsite: we remove our remote management and the Indovix stack from the server at your premises, and can securely wipe it at your request. Indovix Hosted: we provide your export, then securely wipe and decommission your hosted namespace. Your data is yours, always.
